赤霉素生物合成及信号转导途径研究进展

摘 要:

赤霉素是调节植物生长发育不可缺少的植物激素之一, 调控种子萌发, 下胚轴伸长, 叶片伸展, 花、果实及种子发育等众多生理过程。近年来, 应用拟南芥、水稻等模式植物, 赤霉素在高等植物中的生物合成调控、信号转导途径研究取得突破性进展, 尤其是GA-GID1-DELLA复合物在GA与其他植物激素交互作用方面有新的认识。本文对近年来高等植物中赤霉素的生物合成及其调控以及信号转导途径进行综述。

Abstract:

Gibberellins (GA) has been widely recognized as an important phytohormone which regulates diverse growth and development processes in plant, such as promoting seed germination, leaf expansion, occurrence of flowering, fruit and seed development. This paper summarizes several aspects on the recent progress in the GA signaling pathway, GA biosysthesis and its regulation mechanisms, the interactions with other phytohormones through the GA-GID1-DELLA complex in Arabidopsis thaliana as well as in rice. It will provide a reference to further researches on key enzymes in biosysthesis and key components in signaling pathway among higher plants.
